Day 9….ANNNNNND I woke up bloated

I think I said in a previous post but I will say it again, I have not noticed any weight loss from this.  I’m not necessarily doing it for the weight loss so it’s not the biggest deal.   This all being said, I definitely didn’t decide to do this to gain weight.  This is where I found myself this morning.

I don’t weigh myself everyday so I don’t have a number to throw out as to how much I’ve gained.  But I did have to lay down to zip up my pants.  That is not usually how I put on my pants.  So…yeah this is not a great new development here.

Outside of the change in the way I put on my pants, I feel pretty good in the morning and throughout the day.

When I got home from the gym, I had zero desire to make a huge dinner so I just made breakfast.  Breakfast is great.  In the book, it says I will get really sick of eggs but that hasn’t happened to me yet.  In fact, bring on more eggs….that’s what I think.  “GIVE ME ALL YOUR EGGS!”

Ok this one will be short since I have nothing to report aside me waking up bloated AF.  Hoping that changes soon.
